Custom Golf Express is a Golf Team Products company. Golf Team Products operates this storefront and sells the products offered here. “We,” “us” and “our” refer to Golf Team Products operating Custom Golf Express.

These terms cover use of this storefront and purchases made through it, together with the product and order details and policies presented for your purchase. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

You must have the legal capacity and authority to make a purchase. If you order for a company, team or another person, you must be authorized to do so. Do not place an order if you cannot agree to the terms applicable to it.

Review the product, sizes, quantities, colors, customization, shipping details and total before submitting an order. Prices and availability can change before an order is accepted. The checkout shows the charges for the transaction, including applicable customization, setup, tax and shipping charges.

Submitting an order or receiving an automated acknowledgment does not guarantee availability or acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for unavailable products, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, prohibited content or inability to fulfill it. If we cannot fulfill an order after payment, we will contact you about the appropriate refund or an alternative you agree to.

We will not substitute materially different products or add new charges to an accepted order without your agreement. Promotions and included customization apply as described in the offer and order details; they do not imply that every method or additional location is included.

Check spelling, dates, names, artwork, placement and product choices carefully before checkout. You are responsible for the content and instructions you submit. Let us know immediately if you notice an error or need a change.

On-screen previews illustrate your design; they are not exact physical samples. Screens, materials and production methods can affect color, scale, alignment, texture and fine detail. Printing and embroidery can look different. These limitations do not excuse us from fulfilling the agreed order or affect rights concerning defective or incorrect products.

Image tools and automated suggestions may be imperfect. Review imported logos, background removal, crops and text before using them. If an artwork issue prevents production, we may contact you for clarification or a usable replacement.

You retain ownership of artwork and content you provide. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, modify and reproduce it on the products you order, including relevant trademark, copyright, privacy and publicity rights. Finding a logo through website-brand import does not give you permission to use it. Before checkout you confirm this for the artwork in your order, and we keep a record of that confirmation with the order.

You grant Golf Team Products and providers working on our behalf a non-exclusive permission to store, reproduce, resize, crop, convert and otherwise process your content as needed to provide the features you request, prepare previews, manufacture and fulfill your order, support saved designs and maintain related records. This permission does not transfer ownership of your artwork or grant us a general right to use it in advertising.

We cannot print NFL, NHL, MLB, NBA, collegiate or other trademarked or copyrighted logos unless you have the legal right and authority to reproduce them. If you do not have the full rights to a graphic, please do not upload it: we will not print it, and an order that uses it will be canceled. By uploading artwork, you acknowledge that you have full legal rights to use the images you upload.

Your use of this site and your orders with us are your agreement and warranty, to us and to others, that you have not uploaded, emailed or otherwise transmitted any defamatory, pornographic, libelous, threatening, obscene, hateful, or racially or otherwise objectionable material, any material that violates any law, or any software virus or other code designed to interrupt, destroy or impair computer equipment or data.

Custom Golf Express was founded to promote the great sport of golf. As such, we reserve the right not to process orders with vulgar or obscene images, or with statements targeting a public group or figure.

Do not submit unlawful, infringing or abusive content, or personal information and images you are not authorized to use. We may refuse content or an order that raises rights, safety or production concerns, and may cancel and refund an order, before or after payment, whose artwork appears to use a trademark, logo or likeness without permission.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to reimburse Golf Team Products for claims, losses and reasonable costs, including legal fees, that arise because artwork or content you provided infringes someone else’s rights.

Rights holders: if you believe an order or design made through this site uses your trademark, copyright or likeness without permission, email customerservice@customgolfexpress.com with the mark or work concerned and how to reach you. We review every complaint and can stop production of an affected order.

You must provide accurate billing and delivery information and be authorized to use your payment method. Shopify and payment providers support checkout and payment processing and may apply their own terms.

Production and shipping information shown for your order should be reviewed before purchase. Estimates are not guarantees unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed date. Tell us about an event deadline before ordering; contact us if you need an arrival commitment.

If there is a delay or we cannot ship as agreed, we will handle notice, cancellation and refunds as required by applicable law. Nothing here limits mandatory rights relating to delayed or undelivered goods.

Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. A request is not confirmation that an order has changed or stopped; customized work may already be in production. We will confirm what is possible for your order.

Our Returns and refunds policy sets out eligibility, exclusions and the return-authorization process. These terms do not create a new return window or expand eligibility for customized, sale or clearance goods.

Inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Please obtain return instructions before sending anything back. Restrictions on change-of-mind returns do not remove rights or remedies that applicable law provides.

Keep account information accurate and protect access to your account. Tell us if you believe someone has used it without permission. Do not interfere with the storefront, bypass security or access restrictions, upload malicious code, impersonate others, or collect other shoppers’ information without authorization.

The site’s software, branding and original materials belong to Golf Team Products or their respective owners. Purchasing a product does not transfer rights to third-party brands or give permission to copy the storefront.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks or violations of these terms. This does not remove obligations or legal rights relating to existing orders.

We work to keep the storefront accurate and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free tools. External websites and optional third-party services have their own terms and practices.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its customization tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties concerning those tools. This does not override express product or order commitments, applicable product warranties, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is unlawful, or restricts mandatory consumer protections and remedies.

Please contact us first about an order or concern so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or an exclusive court venue.

We may update these terms for future use and purchases. We will identify the updated version here and give additional notice where required. Changes will not retroactively alter an accepted order without your agreement or as required by law.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Not enforcing a provision on one occasion does not waive it on another. Applicable law and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
