Where we ship
Custom Golf Express is a Golf Team Products company. Custom Golf Express ships to addresses in the United States only: the 50 states, Washington, DC, and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship internationally or to US territories. You can order from anywhere for delivery to a US address.
Shipping costs
Standard ground shipping is free on orders of $199 or more in merchandise (after discounts, before setup fees and tax) to street addresses in the contiguous United States.
Below $199, ground shipping starts at $12.95 and is based on your order’s packed weight. Faster shipping options are offered at checkout. Alaska, Hawaii, military and PO Box addresses are quoted at checkout. You will see the exact shipping cost before you pay.
Production and delivery times
Customized items are made to order. Production time depends on how your design is made (for example embroidery or print) and is shown in business days before checkout; shipping transit time starts after your order is customized and dispatched.
Production and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed date. If you have an event deadline, contact us before ordering.
Tracking
When your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also see your order status from your account.
Damaged, lost or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, or does not arrive, contact us and we will make it right. See our Returns and refunds policy for details.
